Adobe Generative Fill is an AI-powered image editing feature built into Photoshop and powered by Adobe Firefly. Users can select an area of an image and describe what they want to add, remove, or replace using a natural-language prompt. Generative Fill can also work without a text prompt by generating content based on surrounding pixels. Generated results are placed on generative layers, allowing users to edit them non-destructively. Supported Photoshop versions also provide access to selected third-party models through the Generative Fill model picker.
