Image Watermark
Add text or logo watermarks to photos with full control over position, opacity, and rotation. 100% client-side.
About Image Watermark
A watermark is a visible (or invisible) mark added to an image to identify ownership, prevent unauthorized use, or add branding. Photographers watermark their work with copyright text or logo; businesses add their brand mark to product photos; content creators protect images from being reused without credit. This tool adds text or image watermarks to any photo entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. You control the text, font, size, color, opacity, rotation, and position (9 presets plus custom). You can also tile the watermark across the whole image for stronger protection. Everything runs locally — your photos are never uploaded.
How It Works
- Upload or drop your image (JPG, PNG, WebP).
- Enter your watermark text (or upload a watermark image/logo).
- Adjust position, opacity, size, rotation, color, and font.
- Preview live, then download the watermarked image.

💡 Advanced Tips & Pro Insights
- ▸For opacity, use 30–50% for subtle watermarks, 60–80% for stronger protection. Anything above 90% is distracting.
- ▸Corner watermarks are less intrusive; tiled watermarks are harder to remove.
- ▸For best visibility, choose a color that contrasts with the image, or enable the outline/shadow option.
- ▸For image watermarks, use a PNG with transparency — JPGs will show a colored box.
- ▸Rotate watermarks diagonally (45° or -45°) for a professional look that is harder to crop out.
